Proto-fascist leaders assert that in all social systems there must be a class to do the menial duties, to perform the drudgery of life. They need little intellect and few skills; hence there is no need for formal schooling for this class of people. They simply need to be physically fit and strong, docile and, above all, loyal. Once this class has outlived their usefulness through age or infirmity they would be humanely dispensed with. Such a class is necessary or society would not have the other ruling class which leads to technical progress, refinement, and all the benefits we enjoy stemmoing from civilisation. The workers must therefore be the foundation on which society rests.

Fascist leaders aim to accomplish this through a system of servitude based on race and religion. Romani, Sinti, Jews, and Muslims would by law and convention be prevented from voting, holding office, or owning land. The vote must necessarily be restricted to those who are society’s leaders. If not, then the masses, which outnumber the ruling class, would destroy society through the ballot-box. By doing so, they would erode our power and eventually confiscate our wealth.

Men of wealth, by owning the means of production, concentrate society’s wealth so it can progress. It is in society’s best interests that people of property be left to their own devices so they can accumulate capital thereby creating jobs, wealth, and innovation for the benefit of all members of society including the labouring classes.

Our political movement would emphasize nationalism, military, and policing powers, and the principle that the nation, as represented by a single powerful leader, would reign supreme over the individual citizen.

Unions and collective bargaining are therefore banned by statute.
Voting is restricted to only those who own property.
Local and national police are subordinate to the propertied class.
The judiciary are appointed by the ruling classes to uphold their interests.
Crimes against property is regarded as more serious than crimes against a person.
All shall carry identity papers.
Restrictions on travel and internal and external movements will be put in place
Censorship and control of the media is an essential part of the programme.

Under this system, asking us ordinary folk to be grateful to fascist billionaire businessmen is equivalent to thanking landowners for creating land.
