This follows on from the previous posting which was an excerpt from James Harcourt-Heath’s paper he delivered to the Marxist leaning secret society called the Apostles. In 1935, They were based primarily at Trinity College, Cambridge. In what follows, James continues to outline his plans to restrict voting in the UK with the aim of ensuring the Conservative
Party remains permanently in power:
“We should also investigate the primary language used in voter’s households. That question currently appears on the US Federal census. If it is not English, that in itself, could be used to justify their removal from the voting lists. There are also good reasons to exclude others even though they might have lived here for generations. I’m thinking about those the Irish call tinkers and we refer to as travelers, namely, the Gypsies or Romas. Their allegiances are only to themselves and their clans. Because they have their own language, they’ve effectively isolated themselves from the general population. Using the same rationale, I propose we exclude the Jews. Like the Romas, they maintain a closed society. They speak Yiddish amongst themselves and patently have no interest in assimilation. What’s more, they dominate financial sectors such gold and diamond trading, banking and insurance, as well as professions such as medicine, law, and the performing arts. They conduct their businesses solely for the benefit of their own people rather than the collective welfare of our British society. To be Jewish, one has to have had a Jewish mother and by using this genetic
requirement, they exclude ordinary British citizens from participating in the professions they’ve effectively monopolised. With these parameters in mind, I’d like to propose the establishment of a permanent Electoral Commission. This would have the power to screen the electorate on the grounds of what I’d like to call Britishness. We could suspend or remove voting rights of any who failed to meet our criteria of having their loyalties to the Crown or who are unable to speak the King’s English properly. Electoral fraud is a persistent threat to democracy and must be taken seriously. Once again, I’ve found contemporary precedents. In the southern US, the so-called Jim Crow laws have
been highly effective in preventing the darker races from participating in federal, state, and local elections.
Earlier, I suggested that to earn the vote, one must understand the issues facing our society from both current and historical perspectives. Eventually, we could add to our list of exclusions those who are not overtly feeble-minded but who are, shall we say, not sufficiently intelligent to appreciate the subtle and intricate nature of our current economic and political challenges. As a rough guide, we might exclude those who’ve only gone to state schools or those who left school at fifteen. We should unconditionally include those who’ve attended private boarding schools such as Eton, Harrow, Westminster, or Dulwich. In order to implement this principle, I propose a national examination for all children at say the age of ten or eleven. My aim would be to first identify and then segregate youngsters who are primarily suited to manual labour. Those below the pass level would be sent to industrial schools. These institutions would adopt military style discipline and provide their charges with training. This would increase productivity and expand the employment opportunities available to the young. Our ultimate goal would be to produce an obedient, skilled, and docile labour force. Taking this proposal to its logical conclusion, I propose we exclude trade unionists. Apart from a few exceptions, they’d not have achieved their School Certificates of Examinations. Like the Jews, they have their own narrow interests at heart, that is to say, more pay for less work. Although many are rabid nationalists when it comes to regional loyalties or football teams, I’ve seen no evidence to suggest they have the overall welfare of the United Kingdom as a priority. What’s more, educated trade unionists would likely be the most dangerous should they become union organisers and strike leaders.”
MAGA acolytes have continued to attempt to rig American elections. It has now taken the form of trying to implement obstacles to voting by mail, adding additional voter ID requirements, and imposing new limitations on what election officials can do to promote Republican or discourage Democrat voter access. They have already removed voting stations
in predominately black communities. This created low voter turnout and long waiting time. They went on to prevent the handing out of food or bottled water to these lines on hot days by calling it ‘voter influence’. Tampering with the voting registers has grown in the predominately ‘red’ states to ensure they remain Republican controlled. Jerrymandered voting districts for local and Congressional elections have successfully ensured that black or Hispanic votes have been devalued when it comes to counting in local, state, and the voter count in the Electoral College to determine who becomes the President of the United States. ‘Red’ state government officials have also issued false information about how and when to vote leading many citizens to fail to cast valid ballots. An example of this occurred last week (October 2025). Registered Democratic voters in Tennessee received flyers asserting an incorrect date for the special election being held on December 3rd in Tennessee’s 7th district. This was held in a district where Trump carried the 2024 election by 22 percentage points over the Democratic party. In the end, the Republican lead was cut to about 8 percentage points.

As a passing note, the proto-trillionaire Elon Musk was born in South Africa in 1971. He arrived in the US on a student’s visa. He subsequently and illegally took employment in criminal violation of the conditions of his visa. He is precisely the sort of illegal migrant from ‘shithole’ countries that ICE agents are actively seeking and arresting. The next step is to
deport Elon Musk to a detention centre before putting him on a flight back to South Africa.
